We are excited to announce the project’s kick-off event, “Supporting Agri-food communities and networks in SEE by developing services on digital food quality and traceability using blockchain (DFTB).” The event will take place on 8th June in Osijek, Croatia, and will bring together four different countries’ partners and collaborators in South-East Europe and Israel, along with local authorities and social-economic stakeholders in a participatory event that reflects the vision and ambitions for the development of the agri-food sector.
About Kick-off event: It will encompass a hybrid workshop for stakeholders, stimulating the interest of multiple stakeholders, and one panel on the theme of digital food quality and traceability to promote engagement and involvement around the project’s topics and objectives with representatives from the IT community, Agri tech entrepreneurs and farmers, food processors, retailers, regulators, local government officials, customers, and consumer protection association representatives. During this event, a hybrid press conference will be held presenting the project in general, focusing on an awareness-raising campaign.
